Current Openings at Schooner Estates

Per Diem CRMA and Full Time CRMA

Our Residential Care Unit is currently looking for CRMA’s for all three shifts both full time and Per Diem. Per Diem applicants must  have the flexibility to work any shift, which may include weekends and holidays. All CRMA applicants must enjoy helping the elderly, be energetic, willing to learn new skills, be resident focused, warm, friendly, caring, dependable, and trustworthy. Applicant must also be a team worker, have a good attitude and excellent communication skills.  Attention to accuracy and details is a must. Applicants must hold a valid CRMA Certificate.

PCA

Our Assisted Living Department is currently looking for Full Time PCA’s. Shifts will vary and may include weekends and holidays. Applicants must enjoy helping the elderly, be energetic, willing to learn new skills, resident focused, warm, friendly, caring, dependable, and trustworthy.  Applicant must also be a team worker, have a good attitude and excellent communication skills.  Attention to accuracy and details is a must.

Full Time Chef / Kitchen Manager

Applicant must be able to supervise up to 25 staff members and be responsible for the entire operation for short term periods.  The responsibilities of this position include: Assisting the cooks with daily production, helping in the dining rooms during meal times, scheduling and training of all dietary staff, and assisting the Director of Dining Services with the planning and execution of all special events.  This is a hands on working position which will require the kitchen manager to fill in and cover all culinary staff vacations and call outs.
