Food Services
Operating under the tutelage of our Culinary Institute of America graduate chef, Schooner’s award winning dietary department serves delicious, nutritious meals every day. Special events include BBQs, a Mardi Gras Brunch Buffet, Holiday celebrations, and best of all, Schooner’s famous chocolate chip cookies!
Maintenance
No Worries! Our experienced and skilled maintenance personnel do it all, from hanging pictures to snow removal and lawn care. It is true freedom from home ownership and maintenance chores.
Housekeeping
Professional and dependable light housekeeping provided weekly, including: vacuuming, dusting, moping floors and washing and changing bed linens. Deep cleaning is provided on a semi-annual basis.
Health Care Services
RNs, CRMAs, and PCAs provide individually tailored nursing and personal care services 24 hours a day.
Resident Services
Much like a concierge at a fine hotel, Schooner Resident Services is available to answer any questions or concerns from residents. Each month brings a new activities calendar
with special events such as scenic day-trips, dine around experiences, cultural events and daily in-house activities and concerts.

Our Marketing Director has more than 20 years of experience assisting prospective residents with the decision-making process of moving into a worry-free retirement community.
